Our Community Guidelines exist to help us create a positive shared environment for everyone in Loftia. By playing Loftia, you’re agreeing to follow these guidelines and help make our community a place where we all feel welcome and included.

Be kind and respectful

Treat fellow Loftians with kindness, empathy, and respect. Behind each Loftian is a real person that deserves to be treated well.

Protect your privacy

Avoid sharing personal identifying information such as your real name, your age, or your location.

Keep it appropriate and family friendly

Loftia is a game for families to play together and we respect communications, naming, and action and be family friendly at all times. Names must not contain offensive, discriminatory, sexually suggestive, or other inappropriate content.

Attempting to bypass our content filters through altered spelling, symbols, or sounds-alike words will be treated as willful offenses.

Reporting Inappropriate Behaviour

Our community plays an important role in keeping Loftia welcoming.

If you encounter behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it through available in-game reporting tool:

• You can type /report Playername in chat.
• You can use the player interaction tool and choose Manage > Report.

Please provide as much detail as you can about what occurred and we’ll take it from there.

Retaliatory or false reports will lead to enforcement action, so please don’t attempt to abuse the system.

Our Safety Team reviews reports and takes appropriate action. To protect everyone’s privacy, we may not be able to share the outcome of an investigation.

Moderation and Enforcement

We understand that mistakes happen, and we consider context, intent, severity, impact, and previous behavior when reviewing reports.

We will try to work with players to help meet the community guidelines and enforcement starts with warnings, from there it may escalate to temporary chat bans all the way to permanent account bans.

These guidelines cannot cover every situation, so it will be at our Safety Team’s discretion when addressing behaviors that undermines the well-being of our community

If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you can appeal by contacting [email protected] with your reasoning. Appeals will be reviewed, and decisions following review are final.
